Unwiring & Deep Dive
This course centers on eye-movement techniques and a deep dive into cognitive “un-wiring.” it is not a healing workshop in the traditional sense.
You may have discovered that you don't want to be anxious or depressed, yet you can't control it. So, who is it that is anxious? For releasing emotions, eye movement is often more effective than mindfulness meditation. After this release, you will be astonished to find that you were deceived by your emotions! Deceived by your own brain! It was never you who wanted to be anxious in the first place.
At the same time, eye movement guides you into a deeper "mind-body connection," allowing you to capture subtle feeling and sensations. Memories and emotions are often bury deep that once stashed away as “no big deal” may surface. But once the emotions are finally released and the weight you've carried for years lifts, your true feelings begin to flow. You may realize that what you’d called “calm” was really suppression.
Unraveling layer by layer, life simplifies, and you will be amazed to discover: life can be this simple!
Note: The eye-movement work here is inspired by the principles of EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) but uses a different format and is not standard clinical EMDR. If you need traditional EMDR therapy, please consult a licensed mental-health professional.

This is an interactive program. Each session includes an assignment—not to burden you, but to help us understand your life journey and story. This allows us to provide personalized feedback and answers if you encounter a bottleneck, ensuring tangible progress at every step.
Self-Inquiry & Unwiring
We compile all submitted questions before each class to be discussed, then explore them together or provide targeted solutions during the session. However, due to the limited class time, so we may not answer every question on the spot. We will do our best to address the most common issues or present the material in other formats.
The course will be paired with a series of guided questions to lead you deeper into your inner world, exploring your stories, struggles, or questions. There's no need to worry about the length of your writing; we encourage everyone to dig out the feelings and thoughts buried deep in their hearts.
Don't worry about writing too much; our only worry is that you won't write at all!

Healing Tools
We will utilize "Eye Movement" to release emotions and "Hypnosis" to transform cognition. The course will include practical exercises and live demonstrations of eye movement, hypnosis, or mind-body connection techniques.
By engaging in self-exploration and eye movement techniques, you’ll begin to rewire your brain and reclaim your inner strength. As emotional tension dissolves, you’ll realize that healing can be so simple!

Course Format
Sessions: 8 classes, meeting every other week
Format: Live online, small-group setting
Structure: Homework & Q&A interaction + Eye-Movement
Companion Course: Spiritual Awakening & Chan/Zen (taking the Eye-Movement class first is recommended but not required; the two can be taken concurrently)
In-Depth Discussions: In addition to learning specific healing techniques and key concepts, we will engage in deep discussions to address real-life challenges.
Eye Movement Stories
In this course, our goal is to heal by leveraging several healing techniques, including "Eye Movement" (derived from EMDR), moving your eye side-to-side to release emotions, which sounds unbelievable. Instead of fighting against our brain, Eye Movement has the incredible power to untangle thoughts and relieve intense emotions. Join us to experience it first-hand and be amazed by its effectiveness!
Case 1: Anxiety Attack and Childhood Trauma: “For the first time, I was able to overcome this sudden fear, and it turned out to be not as scary as I thought it would be. Before, when I was suddenly attacked by an inexplicable fear, I was on the verge of psychological collapse and even thought of committing suicide to escape. This experience made me realize that this is just a kind of feeling that comes and goes, and may just be a symptom of anxiety.” Two months later, she sent a message, “Fear has basically been gone, so I am also especially grateful; thank you for your help, thank you!”
Case 2: Feeling I'm a burden, I'm superfluous: Growing up in a large family, she often heard my parents say, "If it weren’t for supporting you, life would be easier." Their financial struggles made me feel like a burden, leading me to question, "Why don’t I just disappear? All I do is cause them suffering—I’m nothing but a burden."
Case 3: Abusive and traumatic experience went through slightly over 2 hours of eye movement; the next day, she told me, “I had the best sleep in over six months. I can now take deep breaths that reach all the way down to my toes!” A few weeks later, she reported, “Although I still feel uncomfortable recalling the incident, I no longer have nightmares, and the emotional impact is minimal. I’m able to reflect on many things in my life.”
Case 4: Toward the end of the session, she closed her eyes and said, “I felt my body float like a balloon, a sense of relaxation. The feeling of unity with the mind is a feeling of being able to be oneself.” The next day, she told us, “When I walked home, I felt solid. My parents used to tell me to be practical, but I didn't understand what practicality was, and now I realize it.”
Case 5: For over thirty years, a student has sought healing through Taoism and Buddhism, teaching others to apply Buddhist principles to mental well-being, often saying, "Just let it go." Yet, in his 50s, he remains haunted by the breakup his girlfriend initiated when he was 20. During eye movement, he said, “I feel a tingling sensation in my heart that spreads throughout my chest, then flows from my shoulders down to the backs of my hands and out through my fingertips.” Surprised, he moved his head around, "My head feels much lighter, and I feel a lot more relaxed. The feeling of being abandoned seems to have faded away—I can hardly remember it!"
