Jen Wu

She follows a vitalist and holistic approach that humans have the intelligence and ability to heal themselves with appropriate tools and guidance.
Her work incorporates practices that help process stuck emotions, calm the nervous system, strengthen the mind-body connection, release thought patterns to achieve inner peace, along with herbal support as needed.
Jen has been on a spiritual journey for most of her life, which naturally evolved into a profound healing journey. She came to understand how the mind plays a tremendous role in how we function, its significant impact on the physical body, and how much deep internal work is required for true transformation (there is light at the end of the tunnel!)

A passionate lover of the outdoors, Jen enjoys biking, hiking, growing and tasting herbs, and connecting with nature. She also enjoys arts and crafts. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and is a Certified Clinical Herbalist through the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism.
Jerry Wu
At an early age, Jerry felt an inexplicable yet fierce emptiness, feeling something was missing, "there must be more to it." This burning request compelled him to embark on a spiritual journey.
Over the course of thirty years, Jerry has passionately immersed himself in a wide range of spiritual studies, from ancient to modern, Eastern and Western, especially with Buddhism and Chan/Zen. The journey has also taken him deep into neuroscience, clinical psychology, philosophy, and various domains—all in the quest of unraveling the mysteries of life.
With extensive experience in meditation, self-hypnosis, and Qi/Energy work, Jerry has dedicated years to relentless self-autolysis and undergoing a profound transformation. He can proudly say that he has done the homework, walked the path, crossed the finish line, and returned to the natural state. The journey has equipped him with valuable insights into healing and awakening, which he is keen to share.
